We are going on a roadtrip inside a large caravan through a vast, empty expanse of desert for an indeterminate amount of time, and to an indistinct, nebulous place/person/object/whatever called "Godot."

Think of the American expression of "bumfuck middle of nowhere". Then double it. Thing will happen and you will encounter all sorts of roadtrip stuff.

You can play as anything. Just nothing overly gamebreaking or meta. You have one action to use on whatever situation occurs while we travel, while talking is free. Your success will be determined by a 20-sided dice. I will be driving.

No map, no fancy mechanics, mainly narrative. Like the space bar game.

A leper by the name of Jeremiah Salt joins the caravan. His face and body are covered with white bandages. He hopes to find the cure to his condition at Godot.

You wake up. It is hot as shit. The ground is shaking- oh its a moving van. Why were you here again? Yeah, Godot. The surfer dude is oblivious to most things, Jeremiah is stunned, and it is all the same for the alligator lady, whose first action after waking up is to take a sip from her cup of water.

''Finally, you guys are awake!'' you hear someone say from the drivers seat. It is a some weirdass cube. Magma, the name occurs to you. He is on the wheel, and neither of you question why and if he really should be on the wheel. Alligator lady knows all too well who he is, but the surfer dude thinks he is just tripping. And Jeremiah is too focused on curing his illness to care about who or what Magma is.

There is nothing going on, although you can still do stuff if you wish.

The alligator pours a little water onto herself.

Suddenly Billy Bob the crazed prospector appears, he wields a pickaxe and cares for only a few things like finding valuable minerals and whisky.

A stereotypical skinny grey bulb man with a tall hat, two rusting revolvers, an Abraham-Lincoln-esque top hat, and an especially egregious southern accent hops in.

Jodie the barber asks in a high piched voice "are we nearly there yet?"

A black cat with short hair wakes up on Jodie’s lap, stretches, and then rubs it’s cheek against Jodie’s abdomen.

“Meow.”

"Woah, like, totally tubular! Right on my dudes, and uh, dudettes, and uh, crocad00dlers, like, woah! This is so far out man, there's like a dude with a pickaxe and a dude with a top hat and everything. Rock on." Surfer Bro has much child-like enthusiasm for this trip. He won't stop bobbing his knee in excitement, and nodding to just about everyone who makes the unfortunate choice to make eye contact with him.

The van is proceeding on a narrow, old asphalt road, which is cutting through the endless looking desert. There is the occasional patch tall cacti, and patch of dry, dead grass and rocks, and nothing else.

Until a small dark impression stop breaks the monotony. As the van moves forward, the shape resolves into a bus stop, with 4 people waiting under its rickety canopy.

''I guess we have new passengers who want to come in.'' Magma presses a button, and the middle door opens to let the new people in. A deranged looking miner with his pick at hand, a honest-to-toad alien with two guns and a hat, some... guy, and a sleeping black cat he is carrying on his arms. The new passengers quickly make themselves comfortable, despite the fact that they just got into the van of a complete stranger, and one that looks like an unholy hellspawn at that. Well, at least the humanoids. The cat knows what's up.

Inside the van is a bathroom, a shower, and a common lounging area. It is a bit cramped with 7 people, but it is managable.

The journey continues as normal.

A: Talk to Magma.
B: Ask Magma to stop the van to get out and look outside.
C: Let the van continue on its way.
