Æthelberht is the king.  The kingdom is called Chenth.  You might want to adjust things so it looks similar to your line regarding Norfolc.

Did either of you pick up Diplomacy otherwise there seems to be something a little off here?

At which point, it's still a little pointless offering one to me because I don't have that so my max is still one, lol. Mine are Raiding, Viking and Discipline.

Notquitethere and myself can each have two trade treaties.  You can have only one.  Therefore, you need to decide which of us you want to accept the trade treaty from.  If you choose me, you get iron and stone.  If you choose notquitethere, you get iron and grain.  In any case, you still have time time to choose before Haspen ends the turn…
