Backstory:
Urist McRegister was sitting in his booth, having helped many gladiators register he now was having a fairly slow day and was bored. Just as he was about to drift off, he heard a loud commotion coming from down the street which woke him with a jolt. Rounding the corner heading towards his booth, was a giant ant with wings wielding an iron 2 handed sword, dragging along 15 roachmen uselessly trying to hold her back.
“Aunt Ana please! You don’t have to do this!” one Roachman says. “He’s right! Our brothers and cousins will be avenged, but just because we don’t have another fighter as skilled as you right now, doesn’t mean you have to throw your life away!” This causes the Ant to stop in her tracks and spin on her heels to face.
“Am I not skilled?! Am I not strong?! Am I not a Pastor same as all the rest of you?!” Yelled out the large Ant. This causes the roachmen following behind her to stiffen up at the mention of her not being a part of their family, as if she doesn’t know she’s not a roach man. One of the roach men finally spoke up, “That’s not what we intended to say. Ever since Carlos got hurt in the training accident, you’ve been training obsessively. You keep saying we need to always have a Pastor enter, to avenge the fallen, but you don’t have to do this. We don’t want to lose you…”
The Ant pauses for a second, visibly saddened by the lack of faith the roachmen have for her. “You won’t have to worry about me getting hurt. I’m the strongest of our family, I could take on an army and come out alive, and I can’t rest while we just let our name be tarnished by our inaction when we have the potential to DO something.” The ant then turns towards the booth once again. “Cease trying to stop me brothers and sisters, I’ll drag you with me to the center arena if I have to.”
“I’ll win it all! For our fallen brothers, Carlos and Diego! For dearest Mother and Sister! For our family, House Pastor!” None of the roachmen tried stopping her this time, reaching the registration booth she slammed down an entrance application. “Let all know the House Pastor has returned to the arena, and that Aunt Ana Pastor first of her name shall avenge her fallen brothers!”
