So a few weeks ago I had my first DF dream, in which I was building a bridge that was around 25 tiles by 10 tiles big(as in the bridge building), needless to say it was glorious.

Last night I just one-upped myself with my first DF Forums dream where I was reading new responses to some of my posts from yesterday. (I only realized it when i checked the forums today and couldn't find those replies)

Is DF getting into anyone else's head a bit much?

I think I remember laying in half-sleep, thinking something along the lines of: "Must.. wake up. My fortress is about to get fucked!"

I have also dreamt about little ASCII dwarves running about their businesses, with no real meaning to it.

I once had a dream about a DF convention whose size rivalled that of DragonCon, complete with autographed 15-disc copies of Dwarf Fortres, as well as Tarn and Zach entering the building on litters held aloft by a dozen scantily clad women each. Does that count?

I remember a very short dream about a dim hallway with rooms branching off and folks just wandering around.(alot like Necro's but with less ascii)  It wasn't just dwarves though.  There were all sorts, dwarves, humans, even a few dragonmen all in the same area.

I'm fairly certain it was dwarf fortress related, the hallway seemed to be underground and vaguely resembled what my industrial sectors look like.  No idea what the dream was about though.  

Seems kinda odd to have such a short dream, I was up late that night and the previous.  Maybe that had something to do with it.

Maybe I should stop playing for awhile...

I don't get DF dreams much, but I have on several occasions dreamt (or maybe I was delerious) actual conversations with with people on IRC.  woo.

DF daydreams don't count, right?

No dream dude, that happened. It was called Armcon.  Unfortunately, it was ruined by a load of Total Annihilation enthusiasts turning up and eating all the sandwiches.

I had a brief dream about a catapult catapulting away cages and puppies and blocks. it didn't shoot straight either, some blocks and cages were destroyed when hitting a wall somewhat to the side. The puppy survived and waddled away. All in code.

ya know, think we need trebuchets in DF?
