Add Solid Backgrounds To Your favourite Vanilla Tilesets

After finding Grim Fortress and thinking it was pretty neat, I wanted to see what it would look like if Cowthing's Tergel had the same solid backgrounds as Grim Fortress, because it looks nice and atmospheric. I went and copied the transparencies from Grim Fortress, tile-by-tile, into the appropraite places in Tergel, and it worked!! This file is a tileset without tiles, for putting underneath existing tilesets, or using as a base.

This is the template file, it's sized for a 12x12 tileset, but it can be stretched to fit any tileset.

For example:

Modified Tergel:

I hope it's all right to share that.

To use, open a tileset in an image editor, make a new layer underneath and plop in the template, then stretch to fit.
Et voila!

I would like to add some more files to the project on the file repository, namely pre-sized versions for 10x10, 10x12, etc. and an automatic tileset modifier. God knows.
