House Harrak sends 15 food to Houses Radiant and Durin, and 20 to Sinister. It voids the signature of House Ravenwood (sorry Iris) and House Ayes due to being unable to provide their food.

Move 5 pops from New Pluto to Thpenos. Production on New Pluto and New Charon happens. Start building a fleet on Thpenos. Grow pop on Thpenos.
