The Emperor Insanus Cancer frowns at the larger-than-life-size statue of himself.  It was...okay.  The artist had managed to capture his likeness reasonably well enough, but...

"It's a one-to-forty scale statue, my Emperor.  That's already quite considerable."

"Then I deserve a statue erected reflecting my stature."

"This statue seemed erect enough, my Emperor, but I'll see what can be done."




New Event!  The Emperor is accepting donations of Alloys for construction of a new civil works project!  Whoever donates the most will receive one Favour.  Unlike normal bids, losers do not receive their Alloys back.  Contributing nothing means you do not love the Emperor and WILL result in Excommunication.

New Planet Available!
2[0]R: Size 2 Refineryworld
Available for auction. Starting bid is 10^.
A small, frozen, desolate rock on the outer fringes of a dying solar system, this oddly-orbiting planet was apparently once an exoplanet.  Ejected from its native system by a particularly violent super nova, this planet was captured by the local gas giant and slung into an unstable orbit.  Faint traces of exotic minerals are present in the surface.  Some careful orbital manipulation will be required to stabilize this planet, as well as to move it into a lower and more energy-profitable orbit.

All Armies and fleets are returned to House of Sands and the Forge.

I'm happy to continue the Protection agreement for House Harrak, and offer to raise to 30 Food for 3 Fleets of protection.

I'm also buying Alloys once more! I'll pay ^75 for 65 Alloys.

Finally, a day of mourning is held on Koldon Prime, to honour the loss of the Army Sons of Koldon, and the planet they laid their lives down to liberate shall be known as Martyrs' Bounty.

I don't know if you need to specify this, with trade being allowed whenever, they were returned after the attack automatically per the previous contract? Unless the combat counted as the start of this turn and not the end of last turn, but I think it was confirmed that's not how it works?

If the contract states "returned prior to the end of the turn", then you can assume it was returned after combat occurred but before the next turn started.

It requires a specific action of declaring you are reneging to reneg a contract, and you can't reneg on the same turn the contract was made, anyways.
