No, but it'll show ads if you're not logged in because the Stable Diffusion model is ran on the perchance server and it costs the owner a bit each time someone uses it.

I don't know if we are going to find a "spot the difference image generator", but this time was pretty close! I used https://perchance.org/ai-text-to-image-generator again, and the cleanup tool at https://www.lightxeditor.com/photo-editing/ai-image-cleanup/

I'll give a couple days if people want to tinker with that...

It seems the 7100 is missing it's 100 in the second picture and there seem to be less cars as well.

In the second picture, the sign of the right says 7100, in the first it's just 7, coinciding with the city being transported into a different geographic zone.
In the first picture the big sign says 100°. in the second, the 100 is missing and it's just '°', as the thermometer broke due to excessive temperature.
