The limiting factor is transportation level. If you are doing only a few things then that wont be an issue. If you are trying to go far or frequently with civilian vehicles in the city then you may be unable to accomplish everything. I don't know about potency but your plan to do fewer things means you'll at least attempt them.

Edit: Keep in mind if you have a job or other ongoing commitments, this will drain your free time.

If I understand your question correctly, I think you have to reply to the other person as well as yourself. This can be easily done by hitting reply all.
Also, does working at your job have to be actively specified in pm?

The opposite. I will assume you maintain your prior commitments unless you say to do otherwise.

It seems it works properly after omitting my first one. I'll just keep that in mind in the future for designing games, having people send me something first.

Technical Answer: I wait, up to 4 days for all players to reply. I then take that and roll dice for the results, and tell you.
