Stupid question but I noticed a lot of visitors to my taverns, mostly performers, seem to be nude or almost nude.  Is there a bug or are they just poor?

It's commonly thought to do with performance troupes not having a proper connection to a civilization, and so they don't hav a list of available clothing types to generate with.

Nobody seems to hav made an issue on the bug tracker specifically for this, though this one is close https://dwarffortressbugtracker.com/view.php?id=10171

This is vaguely related https://dwarffortressbugtracker.com/view.php?id=9614 It makes me wonder if they've been traveling around so long their clothes rotted off them, but I really doubt that that would be tracked in world gen/sim.

Incidentally, was just looking at legends for a (old, modded) save and found a performer that is indeed a member of a troupe, a religion, and a site government, but not a civ.
