So my current adventurer is covered in about 6 different kinds of blood and I can't find a way to get rid of it.  It's even in my eyes, which makes me think it might be interfering with my fighting.  So is there a way to get blood out or am I just going to have to wait until they invent laundry detergent?

Take a dip in the drink.  It may not work at first, but by the time your drowned corpse shows up again it will be squeaky clean.

That's really the only thing I can suggest, either take a swim or get it burned off of you by a helpful demon.

I recommend licking all your stuff. Nutrition, illness AND a way to get clean.

You can't drink blood, it's too "disgusting".

If its too disgusting just wait for your character to get thirsty then they will drink it no problem.
