Formerly 'You are a magical demon girl'. Discaimer: I am hosting this with knowing next to nothing about similarly named games, so expect something...different!

Demons, devils, lovecraftian monsters are real, beings of unfathomable depth and complexity. They represent concepts beyond human comprehension. To them Earth is just a speck of dust in the void. Or it was...until everything changed.

Three friends, three girls are going to have their life turned upsidedown on an adventure of magic, body horror, and love.

Patron Demon: the devil, cthulhu, something with a wikipedia article.
A Body Horror Power: Direct attack. Face splitting open to reveal toothy mouth, long claws growing, etc.
S Body Horror Power: Support. Eyeballs popping out to fly around like drones, turning into an out of phase ghost, etc.
Something your powers make you do that causes social difficulties: drinking blood, turn into a werewolf on a full moon, etc.

S Body Horror Power: Stomach opening for man-shaped flesh monster to crawl out. It is revolting, but obedient.
Something your powers make you do that causes social difficulties: An aura around her that slowly drives humans crazy. As do many other things around there, no doubt.

Name: Erin
Appearance (body): pale-skinned, slightly short, slightly thin. mid-length black hair (usually in a ponytail), green eyes and glasses with thin dark frames (nearsighted to a moderate degree, can navigate without them but has significant trouble reading or recognizing faces without getting uncomfortably close)
Appearance (clothes): drab upper body color scheme, browns, greys, blacks. brighter lower body color scheme, blues, light greys, whites, reds, greens. Black socks, grey running shoes.
Personality: anti-social outer shell, friendly to and protective of established friends.
interests: video games, nighttime jogging, astronomy.
quirks: semi-noctournal, with extremely good night vision, she sleeps during as much of the day as she can get away with, preferring the night air and feeling of safety she gets from being in the dark where others don't see her well but she herself sees just fine. She also prefers slightly colder temperatures than most, and overheats easily in the summer.

Patron: Grimm Reaper

Powerset:
When threatened, she spreads an area of influence around herself, starting with her own form but then traveling along solid non-living surfaces in contact with herself or each other to cover a region surrounding her.
surfaces under said influence take on a dark tinge, followed by growing large (human-sized) curved blades spread out throughout the area, initially retracted into the surface revealed by slight ridge, sharp on the inside of the curve with a pointed tip.
said blades become agressive to creatures near them and will violently and abruptly spring out at them, extending from their host surface in a very rapid fashion then slowly retracting back to their starting positions before becoming ready to spring out once again.
smaller areas that cannot accomodate the large blades instead form barbed spears that exhibit similar behavior, showing as a sharp point when fully retracted, but spearing out when creatures get near, and slowly retracting back to their starting position afterwards.
particularly large and open areas instead gain a circular gaping maw with bladed teeth, and when life gets near the edge of the orifice a layer of bladed teeth rises from behind them and slides towards them from the rear while the teeth inside the orifice also slide deeper down, layer after layer attempting to force the creature that got too close deeper and deeper within as the opening grows smaller and smaller until eventually they can't fit anymore and are ripped apart by the blades that forced them inside.
said area of influence also spreads over herself, her form darkening and large scything blades springing out from her body in response to creatures or threats getting close to her.
However, while she has her area of influence retracted she finds skin contact with living things harmful, with it burning her skin and if forced into prolonged contact causing painful blisters and welts to form. Additionally her metabolism has changed, making her into an obligate carnivore (with her teeth changing to match), the more raw the better.

A Body Horror Power: Giant Irises opening up and closing around foes, breaking space to do so.
S Body Horror Power: Support. Burning flesh filled with eyes and ringed bands extend from self, acting as shield, wings, arms, stiltegs..
Something your powers make you do that causes social difficulties: Starting Fires. Fires are fun.

Oh, that wont be a problem. I think you'll find it feels similar to the game you imagined, but instead of dice rolls my results will more based on a cohesive (magical girl inspired) story beats. Up to you... There will be 4 episodes broken into parts.

We maay do an episode 5.
