The Colonists faction is the happiest at the moment, so proper quarters don't seem like a priority. I support either the laboratory or the submarine bay.

I feel as though Sungura is someone whom I should support and who I want supporting Urist, but at each decision point so far their plan is runner-up in priority. Maybe if we hadn't just been reminded that Asterion itself is stuffed with gardens.

I vaguely agree with Marcel's argument that field exploration takes precedence. Moreover, it's consistent with the decision to go for the rovers, emphasizing (figurative, remote-controlled?) mobility both above and below the ice.
