Do wolves not take food upkeep? They give 1 civilian until removed, and upkeep is 1 food per civilian.

Do wolves not take food upkeep? They give 1 civilian until removed, and upkeep is 1 food per civilian.

The wolf card does not in and of itself have food upkeep, but if you have another civilian, then you do have to pay its upkeep cost.
