Impatience (corpseblight)|Forest|Safe Havenx2|Seasonal Leaf Changex2|Big Treex2|OwlsongJust as the Qajen started to learn how to not just gather the local woods but how to cultivate them to work for themselves the fires returned. The Naga retreated back to the cursed grove and cowered in fear as the fires raged. In the end some of the wild fruit trees they were studying were burned, but the Qajen themselves escaped unscathed. Afterwards some Qajen reported strange dreams telling them of secrets, leading them to hidden areas that escaped the blaze and were heavy with food. Their hope was bouyed by these discoveries, but some whispered doubtfully of the dubious providence of these secrets.Kinda an awkward turn since fruiting isn't really quite worth it with only 2 big trees, although it might have turned out for the best. I saw the 1 star fruit tree research card,
Fruit Tree if anyone is interested, it's cool, although takes a bit to pay off and ironically forest isn't the best place to grow them given the fallen trees. But at least it's not the hills
. But I had to decide between it and a Chance Meeting, and ultimately decided to go with the research, 2 star cards too rare to just turn ones nose up at.
15 FP! I am this close to creating a terrain
I am interested to see what terrain a god makes looks like. Although it's gunna have to be pretty good to be worth moving, since so many cards are tied to terrain.
