Who I want to be in the next day with, or at least watch from heaven, is a thing.

Some of us know even less about BlackHeartKabal than we do about The Canadian kitten.

Clipping the kitten's announced claws is why?  Or some other reason for The Canadian kitten specifically?

All I saw from the heart was RVS questions, a prolonged discussion on why Jim is town because of the specific mod-claim ability(before Jim even posted), and one move participation in Egan_BW's side game.  Then silence for more than 24 hours, despite being online around 10 hours ago.

All I saw from the kitten was a last post less than 6 hours ago and the 'I wanna die young' role claim.  Just checking, BlackHeartKabal's got friends here, or we like their flavor low effort better?

After the post I quoted Knightwing started posting, though not as effectively as I'd like, they're back in the game. Canadian however doesn't exist. For those that have been here a long time, you might remember that when I first started playing Mafia was back when people spammed Extends and lurking was the primary way to win. I still support using the Day 1 lynch (specifically Day 1, not anything after that) for a policy Lynch All Lurkers lynch as a result of those experiences.

I am going to add that with a link to Armed Forces Mafia Refined: Stormtrooper Academy, in which Canadian Kitten almost was successful in lurking to victory as scum, even though their partner died Day 1 to the lynch.
On Meph's discord is the scumchat, where you can clearly see that Canadian Kitten was actually active and attentive. It was truly lurking to survive.

I would be interested to hear why you think EJ and Imp are town, if you haven't already given your two cents on that one. "I just think they are" is an acceptable answer.

I do think Jack is the best option we currently have for a D1 lynch in terms of setup simplification, but I can't shake the feeling that his entire pirate crew are effectively Masons, not a second Mafia. It's the old emotion vs logic thing, logic says kill him, emotion says he's absolutely not scum. shrugs

Imp's claim is super in-depth, prone to being cross-checked, and has a level of detail I wouldn't expect out of a fakeclaim. Imp's scumhunting is new-player-ish and clumsy, but that's been true of all their play, including their claims, from beginning to end. I'm not at all impressed with their logic or conclusions, but I don't think their errors are the errors of scum, just the errors of being new.

Informative of what? My read? What Egan has done in this game so far is play RTD which I don't care about, and confirm that Pirate is red and mafia which is why they suspect Jack, which is a very fair point.

I mean you’re saying this while three other players are also saying Pirates are explicitly Red, and Esteemed EuchreJack opened the game asking who wanted to be Pirates.

For what it's worth, I got clarification from Fallacy that my PM was supposed to put Pirates in Red, but did not due to Mod error.
I can only work with what I have.

I suspect you to be scum for pushing this.  You tend to push for lynching as scum.

What other mafia should I be voting? I found one here that I know about that I should vote.

Are you going to argue that you are a Town player named Pirate King (a name given to you BY Fallacy...which isn't how it works), and that you hand out Piratechat invites that makes members of said invites Pirate-Millers like myself? Because I don't believe it. Because a Pirate Mafia exist in this game and it's you. I'm going to get really mean and say FoU messed up coloring Pirate because it's your alignment, which is mafia. This is why you got so pissy around here towards everyone. I don't believe you would have gotten upset like this if you were Town. It sucks and there's ways to blame people about making mistakes, but I don't want to get into that.

Your absolute refusal to die or thunderdome with me is somehow working because a lot of other players don't feel like voting OUTTED SCUM.

If you somehow survive today I will spend every breath I have to make sure you die, Jack. I don't feel too bad not focusing on the "Mafia" because other players are refusing to look at the truth here, so somebody has to do it.

Any vote today that isn't for me or Jack is wrong.

Eurgh I’m in a “Lurking is NAI” phase of my opinion on Lynch All Lurkers, so I’m… well, I was going to say not cool, mostly that I’d prefer lynching someone actually here and doing “bad” things than someone who is “bad” for not being here.

Is there any particular reason that out of the, say *checks player list in OP* let’s be semi-strict and say seven players that are lurking, why Esteemed TheCanadiankitten is the one on the chopping block over the other six?

Where I disagree with you is that I find a substantial portion of Imp's logic implausibly bad. That might be because this is a complex game with a lot of moving parts and a lot of posts, but I think it's more likely that Imp is just scum. But I do see where you're coming from.

Ahh, right right.  Oh yeah, makes sense too, the Heart was pretty sure Jim's town real fast, does seem a townie Heart from a view.

Hey, that's maybe even a useful invite, in that we can theoretically lynch one of the supposed invite people and see their roleflip, decide if we think they were actually invited, and go from there.  Might help protect some real pirates if it came down to that.

I think when you voted to me, I was at 5 and you 4, nobody else above 2.

Since then some shifts, but I just didn't get how you were thinking 5 on me and 4 on you was 'keeping you alive'.  Just pressure, right, not some invis person warning you vote on imp or your head comes off right then chop chop?

Cause... unless someone magics the day over... day doesn't end for another like 48 hours?  Or we got another 4 people about to come hammer me then that just forgot?
