Rule: Players may nominate themselves for elected positions. The position in question need not exist prior to a nomination. Other players may vote to support nominations (using the standard +1). Votes can be rescinded or re-allocated, but a player cannot vote more than once on nominations for any single elected position. Elected positions are held by whoever currently has the nomination with the most votes.

Rule: If the winner of the game refuses to hand out cake and fanta they will have the title of winner removed.

Just to clarify in my opinion the players can change rules/players can add rules do not conflict with voting

Hey that rule breaks itself.

New rule: as an exception the to previous rule, rules that break themselves must be submitted in [color=red][/color] text.
