An argument was made we'd be starting one step back. There is little reason to go for out there options when the alternative has experience backing it.

Feel free to vote the repeater for rng dice.

L'Arsenal De Sa Majesté Modèle 1912 "Silverscale" Self-Loading Rifle
With the coming levée en masse, we have been given a most difficult task: creating a modern weapon even an upjumped peasant can use effectively.
The Silverscale is a 42 inch long, ruggedly made rifle using a longstroke piston to cycle .280 "Claquer" fmj Rounds with a hefty 60-grain cordite-derived powder charge. A fixed magazine contains a 12 round en bloc clip which drops out the bottom of the magazine as the last round is fired; the bolt also locks open allowing a new clip to be loaded and then a round slammed home with a smack of the charging handle.
A simple aperture sight was selected as people instinctively line up this sort of sight correctly, meaning even an ill-bred peasant can use it properly. Ballistically the weapon is accurate out to a bit over a mile, but thanks to various factors the average soldier is very unlikely to hit anything past 3 furlongs. A 12 inch knife-bladed bayonet can be affixed, providing excellent psychological effect in the charge. Last but not least, Black walnut was chosen to make the wooden furniture due to its combination of relative cheapness, good physical qualities, and (in The King's eye) fashionability.

Not a big fan of our standard rifle being in a pistol caliber, but a vanilla bolt action is too plain for me, so here's a self-loader in a rifle cartridge, will probably make a straight-pull with "automatic fire at home" a la the mondragon later to round things out if there's time.
Looking back, this one sounds cool enough. Got a nice name.

Other than that, have a wiki on Air Guns. While I change over to something cooler sounding than an M#

We wouldn't really, since we have time to go off in any direction. We have 5 turns to make stuff, after the rifle it's a vehicle I would assume, and probably freeform for the last 2-3. All that can go into weird, and once everyone has a rifle in hand it's a much easier argument to make a VE railgun sniper.

Nevermind that lol, I just went and read the rules. I'm not all there today it seems.

Also I thought rng dice was for tiebreaking? What's people's opinion voting for more than one thing?

On that note:

No enforcement here. 42 Inches is 1.0668 Meters.
Just saying if you want something that fires quickly and is cooler in concept that another M line of guns. Don't let leading votes sway you from pushing for another option, MoP isn't going to rip the rug of discussion time from under us.

No chance of getting you to switch to the Silverscale?

>Szybki

That's where I got it from!
Well. That'd be much more fun but people aren't voting for it, so I will go for the next best.
I'll be willing to jump off and vote for the repeater if you do so as well

The trouble with the Szybie is that it's in a pistol caliber, so it'll be ineffective at range, not something you want in a standard infantry rifle.

As for the use of the Imperial system, we are some of the the last remnants of outmoded imperial rule, so it seemed natural to use it.

It's a Jackobs, it should be fine

Tho I don't see a reason Maxim can't modify the design if that's what it takes
Make it a .50 BGM revolver we are borrowing the round from

We have enough votes to put something other than the M12 through, they're just split across three different designs. Not the best tactics.
