They offered 4.5 for the crowbar and crossbow, the ammo is valued at 0.15, the stick with nails is valued at 0.5. You got the inn for 4.85 at most, which isn't bad, but saying you got it for 6 is just creatively shuffling numbers around.

While it doesn't matter for someone quitting, lets not pretend you got the best deal you could get, and let me grumble in peace.
