New rule for inns (changes nothing currently): There are only so many adventurers willing to come to the island. Specifically two adventurers of level 2. if you want them to come to your inn, you have to advertise (with money. This is basically a bid, like any other.) The top two inns will get adventurers, the rest may still be used for bedrest, but will not get adventurers.
