talk

"Who are You?"

"What! Who are you?! Oh no.
Take my stuff! Have what you whant! Just don't hurt me."
The woman throws up her hands and  backs her self against the wall.

It would a appear that sudden arrival of a man in combat armour with two pistols has quite the persuasive effect.
What do you do now?

About what she expected, but felt right to put in the due diligence where she could.

"Turret compartment is clear, no rats cowering inside. Seems intact, going to dig around a little bit."

Didn't seem to be any trouble yet, so she'd attempt to boot things up. The computer might have something they can use on it if she can access it. And can't hurt to know if the turret is operational, in case someone else decides to poke around the wreck.

While the turret compartment still holds air that is as about as much as can be said for it, the controls have seen better days and the power lines are stone cold.
In short the turret is useless.

its much as you expected, full of tools, spares and a range of oil, lubricants for the engines and drives.
None of it is obviously useful to you right now.

You say that, but i wanna search the shop spares anyway, with an engineer's mindset, for potentially explosive materials, magnetic coils and stuff like that.

in he plies of junk and tool you find a box of small gas cannisters for a cutting touch

"I'm gonna get some tools to get us past locked any door we come across."
Search the tool boxes for a cutting torch of some kind, a crowbar, and a pair of bolt cutters.
2
For a moment your hopes are raised as Skye pulls the fuel canister for cutting touch from the junk pile then dashed as you notice the empty space on the shadow board.
You do manage to throw a ratchet and sockets in to a hold all, with a fist full of screw drivers

Towards objective, remove any locked doors in way with laser cannon

As you head towards the bridge you find the door between the main engine drivers locked, without a second thought you take a step back and level your laser cannon.
The buzzing of the power pack rises until at  maximum power, there's a bright flash an a crack that echos thru the ship, a hiss as the steel doors are blasted in to vapour.
The Metal groans and tinkles around the burnt hole where the doors once stood.
Howard grins to him self until the screech of an alarm roars in to life.

"Damn the torch isn't in here."
Search around the engineering area for any tool that wasn't properly stored.

(The other door... just opens. Unless that bulky armor just makes you too big to use it. Anyway, can we hear this alarm screeching?)

Yes you can hear the alarm, its a big loud klaxon echoing thru the ship.
"Damn the torch isn't in here."
Search around the engineering area for any tool that wasn't properly stored.
6 , Finishing your thorough search of the engineering area you find a large crowbar being used for a table leg.
As you pull it out the table falls with a thud and an alarm starts.

(Alright, is sound in a wrecked spaceship, worth checking.)

Althea gives out a small sigh, at least they wouldn't have to worry about being shot at on their way out.

"Spoke too soon, controls are busted. Moving on, has anyone-"

Her exit and train of thought are halted by the incessant blaring of the alarm.

"Apparently not, what is happening?"

"What the hell is that alarm about?"
Grab the crowbar and head into the cargo area to meet back up with the rest of the group.

"Whoops"

Continue towards objective, whistling and pretending that the alarm wasn't his fault
