The Layabout is shown how to correctly forage for non poisonous, tasty food. He goes about his merry work, relieved to be both the owner of the only hut in the village and have something to do. He's pretty much a big shot around here.
He brings back his first food proudly with his fellow foraging Gnome. However, taking a look at the food stockpile, just piled high on a big ol' mound of dirt, does cause one to question the viability of this food storage strategy. Foraged food now has a chance to rot when not kept in a Gatherer's Hut.
While the mud piles still stack high to the sky, a rabid frenzy of brick making has occured, and for the first time the brick piles cast long shadows over the mud pits.
