EVENT: Rule of the Mighty
Aurelius Artifex (The Canadian Kitten)

Mancora, 770M30

Upon arrival, the Knights are welcomed by a parade showing the most finest equipment the Forge as produced recently, to either seduce, impress or cow the visitors.

Whatever was the intent, one of the Knight kneels once the parade has ended, allowing its pilot, a woman clads in a strange thin armor. She looks quite excited as she observe the stuff presented in the parade, and offers you a smile.
"So they were true... You have a Smith Master here..."
After clarifying you were the one responsible of these creations, her excitation becomes tinged with awe.
"We... Ahem, the Queen of Vedari hereby invites the Smith Master in her kingdom, to work in her armory. Should he help the kingdom, his reward should be... considerable."

The woman anxiously waits for Aurelius' answer, what would be a funny situation considering she pilots a massive metalic warrior, if only Aurelius was not the one who had to answer.

Does Aurelius accepts the invitation? If yes, does he put any conditions on his help?

Aurelius would accept the invitation, as long as any other smiths that wish to follow him comes, and those that remain stay behind to continue weapon production for the king guy i can't be bother to find.

Quote
Ur found his way out of Jericho for his retinue and himself.
The travel will takes 5 years, because of bad conditions still active in the Warp. Your new planet / system of destination is up to you.
Next, you have two options:
- Work 5 years for the smugglers. This is standard Activity action, so you can gain either a skill point per year and / or sway the Sound Investment's smugglers during this period
Moving to Procyon. Spend 5 years Swaying the Sound Investment's smugglers while working off my debt, so they'll be able to transport me in the future. If I don't need the full 5 years to exert that level of control over them, I can probably pick up some Intimidation skill points.

EVENT: Rule of the Mighty
Aurelius Artifex (The Canadian Kitten)

Mancora, 770M30

Upon agreeing, the woman can't hide her satisfaction. She agrees to Aurelius' condition of bringing voluntary smiths with him.
After gathering a few dozens of them, he began a multi-months great travel towards Vedari, escorted by the two Knights.
Once entering the enclave of Vedari, it becomes clear that, albeit small, the kingdom is far more technologically advanced than most of the planet, allowing them to maintain these enormous robotic Knights. Although, in a curious twist of fate, these technological advancements are inconsistently applied on the economy of the kingdom.

Aurelius is brought in a big meeting room, where awaits the Queen of Vedari. After a quick and sharp glance on her interlocutor, she starts speaking.
"Ah, finally. You didn't let yourself catched easily, hhm?" She dismisses any potential remark and continues. "Anyway, I think for someone as talentuous and curious as a Smith Master, what I am going to ask may interest you."

Through questions and inquiries, Aurelius understands Vedari has lost his knowledge on Knights, and are only able to maintain the existing ones through cannibalisation of others. The task asked would be to recreate a functionning Knight maintenance center (Scarce Great Factory, 2 000 points) by 800M30. Doing it would give him considerable knowledge on Knights, and make him very appreciated by House Vedari. What is his response?

Aurelius will do the task, it should be finished in about 25 years assuming the factory construction skill is applied to it.

Spoiler: Arril Votekka - 770M30 (click to show/hide)

By his skill in teaching and organizing, as well as his raw charisma, Arril spends a year navigating the politics of the Prosperan cell of the Cabal, until he finally reaches the point of having the ability to set its priorities, if not its full agenda.
(25 Teaching + 10 Coordination + 8 Charisma = 43, medium size for x1.0 multiplier, add 86 influence to preexisting 35, reach 100 influence. [This still works without Coordination being added: 66+35=101, so the 20 points aren't needed, but I just felt it was applicable.])
That done, he sets them to integrate themselves into Prospero's scholarly community and his personal research institute, and slowly disseminate more advanced technologies and information about the Immaterium; it should be done in a way that won't raise suspicion, but should still put Prospero on the path to being opposed to Chaos.

Afterwards, Arril sets about upgrading his own equipment. Specifically, he begins working on a personal set of custom Mesh Armor, altered to make use of Slaugth refractive technology to make it much better for stealth. To this end, he enlists the use of some of Prospero's newly-developed industries, at the same time showing them more about the production of high-end military gear. It takes four years, but he finishes both the armor and his old project, the shuriken pistol.
(5 (human-sized) * 10 (Very Rare) * 10 = 500 points, 2 (forgemaster) * (Psytech crafter 12 + Eldar tech 10 + High-tech crafter 13 + Refractive tech 5) * 2 (Mid-tech industrial base) * 4 years = 640, 76 remaining progress on Shuriken Pistol also completed.) (+2 Eldar tech)

That project done, Prospero's scholars largely turn toward working on plans to combat the Psychneuein. Arril, meanwhile, elects to practice his skills in rhetoric; while his education skills have served him well with the scholarly environments of Prospero's upper ranks and their particular section of the Cabal, those from further afield would be less likely to be especially impressed with it if he didn't already have an 'in' with them. (+10 Rhetoric)

+1 Willpower

Spoiler: Arril Votekka - 780M30 (click to show/hide)

The decade after, Arril once again pushes his skills in teaching as far as they will go. He thinks they may finally be sufficient. (+5 Teaching)
While Arril doesn't have anything particularly out of the scholars of Prospero during this time, he permits Alagar to make whatever requests he finds needful.

+1 Charisma

Spoiler: Arril Votekka - 790M30 (click to show/hide)

Would be happy to take an event, but feel free to accept or decline based on your workload.

+2 intelligence

Konstatin will spent the first 6 years of this 20 year turn double training legal knowledge to get it up to 20 from the 14 it previously was.

Konstatin will then spent 4 years double training Persuasion, getting it up to 22

Konstatin will then use his newfound legal knowledge and his social skills to begin upon a project to slowly phase out crime from Nostramo, pitching it to his underlings with the fact that crime is honestly rather bad for business if you have the option to just be the government instead.

Using his Legal Knowledge of 20 he'll slowly begin introducing comprehensive legal reforms, creating a system of law enforcement that isn't corrupt, getting his underlings to slowly phase out their criminal enterprises and replace them with legal ones and just generally make sure laws will actually start to get enforced for once.

To make sure the criminal elements of Nostramo goes along with this (Which Konstatin controls) he'll use the fact that they are quite fond of him (Rapport 20 + charisma 10) and his persuasive and diplomatic acumen (Persuasion & Diplomacy 20 + charisma 10) to make sure that Nostramo makes a smooth by Nostramo standards transition to a low crime society.

Konstatin will spent the remaining 10 years of this turn on this project (10/50 somewhat working society & 10/100 to crime free society)

Suborganization Turns:  Stock consortium to help with the megaproject.
RCI, expand to an Important Organization
RSR, likewise.
RTE, the same.

Axe Time Club, expand the Fans into a Major Organization.

10 years spent working on a megaproject.  "Transtellar Skyworks."  A high-quality, high thoroughput megaproject level fighter and shuttle factory, capable of churning out thousands of light craft in a year. (Megaproject/Scarce, 3000 point cost.)  (75 (construction equipment), 10*2 architecture, 10*2 Machine Tool Engineering, 10*2 controls and instrumentation, 6*1 Materials Science, *1.3 for assistance from the Stock Consortium, for 183.3/year.)  1833/3000 points.

Gain Void Engineering 0->10 from the project.
Gain one Charisma.

For the second decade, finish the megaproject.  This time with assistance from RSR, which has grown into an Important Organization and can provide more suppport than the stock consortium.  This takes 5 years.

(75 (construction equipment), 10*2 architecture, 10*2 Machine Tool Engineering, 10*2 Controls and Instrumentation, 10*2 Void Engineering 6*1 Materials Science, *1.5 for assistance from Rauny Space Resources, for 241.5 production a year.)  1167/241.5 = 4.8 which rounds up to 5.

Lets round out this construction series by building one more item.  a Space Construction Exosuit, a voidproof set of power armour with tools for construction purposes.  Takes two years.

(Human-Sized Scarce, 100 points.  75 + 10*2 Void Engineering + 10*2 Machine Tool Engineering + 6*1 Materials Science + 10*1 Controls and Instrumentation *1.5, for 136 points/year)

Last three years are spent on training.  Two years on Suborn(Charisma) raising it to 9.  One year spent on Melee Weapons, raising them to 7.

Suborganization Turns:
Stock consortium to be paid off from the megaproject work and disbanded.  The people in it can do their own thing, they got paid for their investment work.
RCI, Expand into a Major Organization.
RSR, Busy finishing the megaproject.
RTE, Gather Archaotech.

Gain one charisma.

Decade 1:
The Army organization continues to grow itself for the second decade's actions.

5 years: (10 points + 8*2 points) * 2 for industrial base = 52 per per year; starting from 320/1000 and ending at 580/1000. Ends with 10 levels in Starship Reactor Engineering and 3 levels in Starship Propulsion Engineering.

5 years: Train the skill Leadership to 10.

The Shipyard spends the remaining half decade (that it's not supporting my crafting efforts) assisting the Army in growing, by using its manufacturing capabilities to provide heavy weapons and equipment.

+1 Willpower

Decade 2:
The Scholars are to aid the planetwide cleansing effort, providing equipment, knowledge, and reinforcements to the Army as the Army focuses its efforts on the front. As the effective government of Prospero, they should be of great help in providing such assistance...particularly when they can control most of the newly reclaimed territory and dole it out as rewards to those who fight and those who help the fight. Two or three more... forbidding sections of the planet, once cleared, will be set aside for the use of Alagar and Arril. Sizeable mountains or isolated islands, the sort of place one can test dangerous Warp techniques or build superweapons without getting noise complaints from the neighbors.

The Shipyard will continue to support the Army organization through its campaign.

Alagar will spend the entire decade leading the Tizcan Army to clear out the rest of the planet, section by section, and make it safe for human habitation. And gain 10 points in Military Strategy.

+1 Intelligence

770-780 10 years on the Terraformer to fix it, 780-785 five years to enhance it psychically, 785-790 five years on Procyon’s uplift to mid-tech
Add +2 to Charisma, (and add 2 to charisma retroactively from last turn when I didn't define it)

Oh, and Order of the Melee Masters and Smugglers of Virtue completes the chain by becoming the prime importer of foodstuffs on Procyon, while expanding their import of tech goods on Jericho. Order of the Melee Masters build a factory to process foodstuffs on Jericho for shipping to Procyon.
