Well the classic example is old-growth forests. Those get used in a lot of media today for horror and suspense, and it's the setting for many an old fashioned fairy tale. The ones where people get eaten by monsters, not the glitzed up versions. They're old, primal, often visually chaotic and in the right weather conditions they can be very creepy,. Something about them nudges the parts of the brain that feel fear.

Alternatively, stretching the concept of 'landscape' a bit, the abyssal zone of the ocean. Pitch black, low visibility even with artificial light, filled with strange ephemeral creatures. Lots of people find the ocean creepy to begin with, the abyss takes most of the fear factor and cranks it up to 11.

Also caves, abandoned properties, ruins, graveyards and so on. How creepy a landscape is depends a lot on the time of day/year, the weather and so on. For that reason I would go with the abyss, since it's static and unchanging to human perception, the creepy aspects never lessen.

Neighborhoods owned by the HOA where they look like they copy/pasted but in real life instead of a computer game. Many of them even look like something I'd imagine you'd find out of a dictatorship country where there is no emotion, no individuality, no expression, no feelings, just copy/pasted everything neighborhood. Or maybe out of twilight zone, that works too.

Human settlement. Look at the earth by night from space. We are one big fungus / cancer growing over the planet. It is very creepy and terrifying.

Save your planet today, kill 6 billion demons people
