The Three Undersigned Gods Agree
  • Glory Gained from Eastern Mesortia's Split Ownership shall be divided into 3 if possible, with excess forming a Pot o' Glory.
  • Should 2 of 3 Gods Agree, the Pot shall be drawn upon, shared equally, excess kept within the Pot.
  • The 3 Gods can Agree to Spend from the Pot o' Glory for the development of the Region.
  • Should the Split Claim become Contested by one of the Gods signed, the Pot o' Glory is sealed until the end of the conflict.
  • Achieving Sole Ownership shall split the Pot into Thirds going to each God, then excess into halves for the losing two, with the Winner of the Region Claim providing the remaining Glory to the last whole.

So Signed the Three, Split Ownership Agreed.

Signed, Mira the Connector
Signed, Laurel, The Outstretched Hand.
Signed, Deus

Petition that the ownership of Western Mesortia (the region) be split between the current claimants, being Vahranis, Ulkolac, Mauidu (The 'Western Gods.")
For the duration of the agreement, these three shall be the sole owners of the region, and all three shall be owners.
Income produced by this region will be split evenly between the claimants, yielding a current estimate of 0.5 Glory for each. Fractions exist.
Placed into a communal pot. This pot may be spent by unanimous agreement of the owners.
Owners shall be able to interact with the Region freely, as they see fit.
Should any owner see fit, they may dissolve this agreement at any time for any reason, returning the region to an ownerless state, and splitting the current pot as evenly as possible.

Vahranis agrees to this proposal.

Tharix was happy. He had just created the first mortals native to this world and was about to show the other gods of his pantheon the fruit of his legal labor, a contract that would formalize the splitting of glory for their initial properties. When suddenly, the horror. Laurel, signing a contract with two other gods. Mira, the Connector and Deus . A contract that would split their righful income. Tharix saw RED. His wings opened menacingly

"HOW DARE YOU?!?! YOU SPINELESS COWARD! HOW DARE YOU RENOUNCE TO WHAT IS RIGHFULLY OURS. HAVE WE NOT PUT OUR SWEAT AND GLORY IN THESE LANDS? HAVE WE NOT FILLED EASTERN MESERTIA WITH THE LAUGHTERS OF THE ISELETI? MY CHILDREN NOW STEP INTO THE WORLD IN A LAND THAT WILL NEVER BE FULLY OURS. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COWARDICE! AND YOU" Tharix turns to Mira  "DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT YOU DESERVE THIS. IF IT WAS FOR ME YOU WOULD BE CRAWLING TO YOUR TREES IN SHAME. CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY I AM SURROUNDED BY WEAK HEARTED FOOLS."

Furious, he took his chariot for a ride to the farthest edge of the universe, leaving behind a floating contract, one that he luckily already signd before storming off.

-That the Glory income of the Iseleti, The Golden Chariot, the Well of Dreams and the Tacitus will entirely go into the Pantheon's common pot.
-That the income produced from everything created by the pantheon members will go directly to the divine being who created it (with the standard portion going to the pot).

Osella walks in from the opposite edge of the universe to that which Tharix stormed off from. Hey Laurel! Did I miss anything? Oh, hey, contract!

I hope you see that these aliens are unbalanced and unpredictable. They do not belong in this world, or at least not on Mesortia, our holy birthplace. It's not too late to leave them behind, Laurel. Let them build something for themselves for once, rather than intrude on our lands.

"Hello, Osella. He had... opinions about the contract with Mira."

Laurel turns away, hearing a voice on the horizon.

"There's so much... wrong, with the world, Mauitu. Do you see it? The death? The cruelty? Your own master released a swarm of murderous creatures for no other reason than they could. Your own neighbor seeks to make an ecosystem where every single creature is sentient, with it's own hopes and dreams, only for them to be crushed by malign design. You stare in the face of these atrocities against all that is good and right, and you call me and mine the problem?"

Basetera willed itself into this universe’s existence, and even though it didn’t act on the world’s initial creation, it was just on the outskirts of the universe watching as the gods meddled with each other. It was just too much of a good show to not watch even though the god wanted to make a impact on the world, as Basetetra was paw-cleaning its mummified paw and head.

”Already a new existence of gods, and already rivalries are being formed, how delightful. Just be careful to not go too hard with each other in the beginning, haven’t form the magical god-popcorn yet.

Anyways…”

Create a Savannah region (as much as it can be without a biome or features yet) on the outskirts of Mesortia for 10. Place the Spotted One upon this new region.

Guess we're going with this.
Ulkolac spreads a biome over the western continent like a blanket, kneading it into the corners. (5 glory)
Type: Mountain rainforest.
Ironwood trees spread through the valleys and burst from soil-filled clefts among the peaks, their tangled roots twining across misty chasms, offering bridges for the foolhardy. Their canopy shelters ferns, bushes, and a few types of lesser trees, trapping the humidity that would otherwise escape into the thin air; rivulets of dew run down their bark and pool at the roots, birthing mountain streams whose banks rally rows of reeds and sedges. Huge moths contend with bat-winged salamanders for sovereignty over the mounds of sprawling wildflowers that spring up where fallen trees break the ceiling of dim shadow, while beetles and tiny serpents forage for seeds and fungus in the thick leaf litter. Undisputed mastery of the high branches belongs to the slow and languid chameleons which graze on mosses and bromeliads high above the forest floor, while icy half-transparent fish leap and twist out of the streams, fearing to be snatched up by a slimey knucker darting out of its hole. Where the cliffs are too sheer to retain soil, rock-frogs with their long tongues lick up the wasps that nest in the hanging lichens, fleeing with hasty jumps from the lumbering forms of huge horned mountain geckos that graze indiscriminately. Eels and water snakes haunt the clear, high, crystal-blue lakes, preyed on by soaring owl-drakes that roost in rookeries among the crags, guarding their eggs from snatching dragonflies. In the lowlands, spiny hedge-turtles host heaps of vegetation, anchored by semi-parasitic ivies that wind over their backs; grazing on rushes, they plod aimlessly alongside rivers with little fear while caddisflies and water spiders dog them, hoping to collect pollen to feed their larvae.
As a gift to Mauitu, the trees tend to sprout on the points of a hexagonal lattice, with only small deviations relative to the size of each tree, in order to permit easier cleaning between them.

The remaining glory is gifted to Vahranis. For the night to have meaning, there must be minds to know it.

"They wish to steal everything from me, so yes. I am taken to understand that all life by its nature struggles and competes. The administration of such is our purpose. Did you not allow the placement of the mortals on your land, knowing they would struggle and starve and die? Your intemperate friend creates others who fight constantly."

"Who? We're in an entirely separate region with little opportunity for inroads and even less desire. Three of us are entirely satisfied with our current arrangements, and Tharix will be... alright, soon.
All life may inherently struggle, and both honorable battle and proper hunting alike are glorious, but it's nothing more than meaningless cruelty to make mortals designed to die, painfully.
The administration of the world is our purpose, and there is no greater rule than one the people adore.
I suspect there is nothing I can say to change your mind, and you, mine, so I bid you farewell, Mauitu."

As Ulkolac passes on divine energy to Vahranis, he sets to work brining more into this creation, oblivious and uncaring about the barbed words being traded.

Dragons (15 Glory)
Created as Vahrani's first scions on Mesorta and on Goc, the Dragons are as one would expect, a reptilian creature with four legs, two wings and a sense of pride that measures up to the gods, though with the energy being put into them, it may be warranted in part. Designed in part to be lordly and domineering, their scales are akin bright gemstones that glitter with trapped moonlight, suitable for cutting and shaping into objects by... smaller and more dexterous creatures (AKA not dragons, though they'd be offended by a mortal wearing dragonscales if they were not bequeathed them by a dragon)

For their breath, on suggestion from Ulkolac, Vahranis bequeaths them with a panoply of breaths, the organ responsible metamorphosing through life as a dragon ages; A youthful dragon breathes sparks and lightning, while a dragon in its prime breathes pure fire. In a dignified old age, it breathes frost, while a dragon nearing death breathes a potent toxic mist.
