So we play as horses but what classes will these horses have?

Also why are we chasing the colossus?

Make sure not to step on any errant blood stains before we find our LIFE EXTINGUSHER.
but anyway, if you'll excuse me, I need to commit sebbaku.

And will our tower of horses dwarf the charging colossus?

And so it turned out that the tower of horses was the colossus they were chasing the entire time!

Catch Up to the Charging Colossus
An adventure for 3-5 players.

Opening:

Your party has captured the dread lord Azkerak in the magical trap supplied by Geddolf the Wizard. The banishing ritual - aided by the magical Eye from your last adventure - had just commenced, guaranteeing Azkerak's nefarious deeds could never again bother any of the fair folk of Eris. Then, a 30 foot tall Bronze Colossus walked through the western wall. These things are a menace, really. Leftovers from the great Sorcerer Kings and their petty squabbles, Bronze Colossi follow their strange programming, which has mostly made them predictable. Except when they're not - like just now. Jumping on the opportunity, Azkerak cast a command spell on the mountain of metal - "grab the Eye of Pistaine and never stop running!"

And that's what it did.

Nearly impenetrable, 30 feet tall, and rampaging at full speed, you and your party must stop the automaton by any means necessary! Time is of the essence! The longer you take, the longer Azkerak has to scheme his own escape!

That sounds pretty cool I'd play it.

Give them magic boots at some points and some enemies with the same. Full Flash.

"And then it really kicked into 5th gear!"

Instead of 5th gear I'd say MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE as it sounds way more impressive.
