"Show me a full glass of red wine"

"I'm sorry Dave, I can't draw that"

Watched the video, cringed a lot... The author doesn't understand how generative AIs work. I mean basics. When he started talking about the database of images AI looks at...

The main reason why DallE3 (or whatever image-generating AI attached to the chatGPT nowadays) can't draw that is because it can't properly interpret complex natural language prompts like "absolutely full to the brim".

Another reason is that disproportionally many glasses of wine in training data were half-full, the same problem as with 10:10 clocks or elves being Orlando Blum influenced, or "theme park mouse Mascot" producing Mickey Mouse, etc.  Simply adding "full" won't help much to outweigh that.

It's certainly not unsurmountable

Well... Better then what that guy showed, but still not actually working. Doesn't seem to be surmounted.

Maybe one day we'll get an AI that knows to create hands, people eating noodles, full glasses, and oil paintings that actually look normal.

Or the AIs will just train us to stop asking for those things...

Unsurprisingly, Russia is actively and massively feeding western AI disinformation and propaganda.

Happened to notice this post, wanted to play too.

I'm pretty comfortable with AI.  No, I don't think they're perfect, and I don't care if they are or not, more fun for me if they're not because then I have more to do.
