That's mostly related to their wheight. At max strenght and agility it hardly matters.

And how about throw? Is throw damage related to weight?

Afaik throwing always does the same damage. I've thrown rocks that skewer dragons and i've lobbed masterpiece adamantium weapons that glance off dogs. It doesn't matter what you throw but the total wheight in your inventory determines your speed. It's always better to get rid of heavy things first.

And light things seem to flew greater lenghts. Try throwing a elefant corpse and a rock.
