With your sword as probe you head off down the corridor.
Calmly draw 2handed sword, walk forwards while lightly stabbing the ground to search for traps while the other folk do whatever they’re doing by the obvious ambush.
With your sword before you, pokeing the floor for traps you round the conner, it narrows and a little while down the hallway you come to a door.
Useing the tip of your sword you carefully push it open keeping well back from any trap.
And find a junction, with another wooden door ahead and a door to the left.
Enter battle formation: safely behind everyone else near the door.
"Some ones there" Leif Eiriksson states as he readies his hand axe
Meet up with the rest of the group and get read to fight whoever comes out of that door.
"Right let them tease my steel then.", Bob holds his sword at the ready.
Then its quiet, only the scrape of wood on stone and garbled whispers come from with it.
when everybody comes up, i barge in swinging both swords, screaming and killing anybody who doesn't surrender.
"Arrh! kill! kill! KKKIIILLL!" Melvin is bitten by the berserker rage and screams as he hammers on the door with his swords, cutting chips from the rotted wood with every blow.
Wait patiently for the people on the other side of the door to be about to open it, then kick it open.
As the berserk Melvin attacks the door like a human beaver, Jurg gives the door a savage kick.
The door opens partly and Melvin is half in side before the door slides back.
The door opens for a moment and you throw your self at a the gap, wedging the door with your body.
The inside is a well light room, its well appointed and homely, you can see a gang of black robed cultist types with jagged evil looking daggers, a pair of them, the fattist one an the largest are pushing hard against a long table that's rammed up against the door.
And the door is jammed up against you, your cracking ribs tell you that there doing quite well at it, with your free arm you swing your sword at them.
Nothing there clear an out of reach, and then one of them hurls a wine bottle at you.Trapped in the door way, the heavy jug of wine hits you straight in the head with its full force.
