I was thinking that you'd split up or have some kind of a plan.

Draw (1) two handed Sword, Apply Sword to the extremities of lively dead until rendered harmless.
Drawing his two handed sword Rufarus jumps forwards and takes a mighty swing, hitting the zombie in the arm.
Your sword cuts deep in to your foes forearm, biting deep in the bone and leaving the zombie's hand flopping half severed and useless.

likewise. Apply mace to forehead of the undead.

With a swing from your mace, you strike the zombie in the head, splitting the jaw and tearing the dead flesh such that broken mandibles hang loose.

I to shall join Apply sword to undead until they go back to being regular dead.

With sword in hand Bob, slices a rack of ribs from the zombies side.
Injured the zombie stagers forwards at the trio, it bites Bob in the body, the rotting teeth tearing at his chest as the zombie knocks him to the ground.

I probably won't even need to do anything, but if they fail to kill it, I can hack some bits off.
For a moment you feel that you will no be called on to fight this pair of liveing dead but then as the zombie ignores the sting of blades and smashes of the mace you draw your sword.
It's lucky that you do as the second zombie rises to its unsteady feet.
With a quick thrust you ram a yard of steel in to dead man's belly, twist the blade and pull it back, spilling black blood an entrails.
A mortal wound to any living man but this in no living man.

"Bah, I'll never get a good fight at this rate."

Channel my Ki and then check the manual for grappling rules. If any zombies still stand, drop my staff for the moment and pin it to the floor so it can't attack.

Grappling rules you think i've got time for that? nah just make it up...

As the zombie rabidly bites at Bob, you leap in to action, grabbing it in a head lock and jerking it back, you try to snap its neck an act made easier by half rotted flesh.
With a grinding crunch you snap its neck and let it fall dead.

draw both swords and attack.  use one of my more heavily armored teammates as cover if need be
After Leif Eiriksson disembowels  the walking dead, you draw your swords and swipe at it with both swords below the ribs, steel blades cutting deep into the dead man, deep enough to bite the spine.
The zombie drops to the floor as its legs go limp.

With wild hands and a hungry jaw, it crawls towards you.
You hack at its reaching arm and sever its arm at the elbow but it still struggles along with one arm.
Rufarus cleaves his two handed sword down on the half zombie, the mighty blow splitting the chest, ribs splinter an organs burst as it dies.

What do you do now?

Ransack anything left in the open, then open a crate carefully.

We're talking about partially sapient undead spaghetti here, you can probably instruct it to only strangle specific diners.

Melvin searches the dead zombies but find nothing of value on the rotted corpses.
While Leif Eiriksson leavers open a crate and finds potatoes, takeing an extra step they pokeing thru them with there sword but its empty.

Rufarus  surches thu the work bench to find it covered in a mix of strange tools, small files, needles, fish hooks, a jar of red slimy maggots, none of it is worth anything.

Melvin gives out a cry as they find that the barrel is full of something red, sniffing it an find that its wine, and they take a swig, it's a rough but drink able red.

Rufarus looks thru the crates, as he pokes thru some cabbages with a sword, there's a clang.
Clearing away the half rotten cabbages out of the way he pulls out a gold cup set with gems. +200 GP

Leif Eiriksson is less then happy as finds that the other barrel is full of turpentine oil.
Then as the final crate is opened the shine of silver  in lamp light fills the room.
Eiriksson holds up the vest of silver scale armour. +450 GP

Go the same way as Jurg.

Pushing the door open you see the hallway widen before you, a blazer flickers in the far corner.
To the right is a wooden door covered in black iron studs, a dim light flickers from the top of the door.
Do you open the door or head around the corner?

take the stuff on the counter anyways.  There were zombies in here, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out what the sharp and deathy stuff is for.  Drink some more wine, and pocket a couple potatoes.

Could we get a map with character locations on it?

Head back to the rejoin the rest of the group.
"he" will be fine, also. I don't anticipate there ever being more than one Leif Eiriksson.
