[...] I doubt any of those rails run directly into NK, but in theory it's not that much effort for some Russian ships to move stuff from the Korean peninsula to the coast of Siberia, pack them onto a Soviet train and rush them across the country.
The Korea-Russia Friendship Bridge crosses (dual-guage, for both N.Korean and Russian traffic) and joins the Khasan to Baranovsky line. There's already a passenger service all the way to Moscow (bogies are changed, on the Russian side, and carriages are eventially hitched onto the Vladivostok to Moscow service).

Logistically, troops could easily be sent by such a service, though probably more likely to be trans-shipped from Korean to Russian 'cattle wagons'/troop-transports in convenient (surveillance-avoiding?) extra services, as with any hardware that gets sent along with them.

KJU went on that recent(ish) meeting with Putin up at one of the Pacific-end military bases (cosmodrome, even?) in his very own private"people's" train. Presumably properly bogied-up at some appropriate juncture.

There may or may not be through-traffic possible via the Sino-Korean Friendship Bridge, and over to the other side of China (not checked that route), but I'm betting that they'll try to keep the international cooperation down to just the two main allies in this deal, rather than drag China (and maybe other intermediaries) into full complicity.
