Can flying/climbing building destroyers destroy windows?

I'm thinking of building windows into each level of my fort.  This would, in effect, result in a wall of windows, from the outside.  Would a flying or climbing building destroyer be able to destroy these windows?

Probably, but you can put fortifications behind them to keep anything from getting in even if they do smash the windows.

I think the windows are safe if there's nowhere to stand. IIRC, this even applies to fliers.
