Help Bonzi Buddy sift through the ship's logs to see if there's anything that might hint as to what happened to the ship.

After such a long time, is there anything at all that hasn't succumbed to bit-rot yet? Not to mention, we must be horribly behind schedule!

(... Pu-239 decays into U-235 and alpha particles which are themselves unlikely to escape the warhead housing... the only mass loss should be from the escaped binding energy, which comes out to about six point seven milligrams per mole. On this timescale the U-235 is essentially inert, so further decay is negligible. Assuming the warhead is in thermodynamic equilibrium with its surroundings, only barely more than a quarter of a kilogram will have been lost as heat.)

Huh? I suppose I just forgot that matter doesn't just dissappear when they decay.

Though this won't be the last oversighr. Be prepared for A LOT of technobabble that makes sense internally but in reality doesn't.

Attempt to activate any kind of scanning or detecting technology that can help me determine what time it is on the nearby planets. And also if they have any interesting properties.

Yes. There should normally be 50.
It should be enough. We can compare the minute differences in gravitational strength to roughly pinpoint planet locations. We have drones and fighters to launch to the planets if we want too.
