Getting a bonus to both Facility actions and Action actions sounds solid. Construction work bribes are very much Boston style.

I don't want to actually do this proposal, but I do want to know if it is plausible:
Quote
Black Helicopters:
Unregistered, unmarked, equipped with high-tech stealth systems that prevent them from showing up on most conventional radar systems- one would be forgiven for thinking these helicopters do not actually exist, but are just the fever dreams of paranoid schizophrenics.
Which is just the way the Organization likes it.
Black Helicopters (which is their official name) are the preferred method of getting agents in and out of dangerous locations. Using high-tech systems made from cutting-edge materials, they are fast, manoeuvrable, and remarkably resilient. They can carry eight passengers and two pilots, with enough additional lifting capacity to hoist smaller vehicles or cargo containers as well. Production is not handled by any one company- rather, parts are custom ordered from a variety of producers through shell companies, and assembled by Organization mechanics. Each one is also equipped with a self-destruct device, capable of rendering the entire vehicle an indiscernible mess of fragments.
Using Black Helicopters ensures our agents can get to anomalies before conventional authorities, have aerial backup on hand whilst the situation is stabilised, and finally leave with no one aware they were ever there in the first place.

Right now, I think Quarque's suggestion is reasonable- just put together baseline kit, that we can build on with more specialised equipment later.

Also, our facility is shit, so obviously we need the facility bonus so we can bring it up to spec ASAP.

Y'all don't like the facility? Then we'll make our own! This is definitely stretching the definition of Equipment, but I think the GM verdict is valuable on its own.

Quote from: Forward Operations Bases
No matter the situation, having a home away from home will assist our attempts to resolve Anomalies. An FOB consists of one or more modular buildings, each with the exterior shape of a shipping container. The exact makeup of each FOB depends on the Anomaly in question.

Modules include:
- Command: The centre of an FOB and almost universally present, it houses Computation and Comms to allow for senior field staff to manage a situation and relay back to our primary Facility
- Housing: Military style bunks, kitchen and ablutions
- Research:  A wide array of scientific equipment and small-scale holding areas for Anomalies, as well as decontamination
- Quarantine: Heavily secured and shielded, these modules can contain hazardous Anomalies or exposed individuals
- Utility: Various other mundane uses, such as storage, power generation and office space

Each of these modules fits within the shape of a standard shipping container, stand on independently adjustable legs and can connect to one another via concertina corridors or open to the outside with ramps, steps and doors. The whole shebang comes with a fleet of unmarked HGVs to quickly and quietly set up and break down our FOBs as needed.

I'll not vote for this yet, in case it's not applicable.

While black helicopters might seem like just a little much at first glance, these are things that are very much already in service, from attack helicopter airframes designed for sound and radar reduction to slapping modifications onto black hawks. The only part that may prove to be a challenge and limit how much you get out of the proposal (besides the roll) would be constructing them in-house. Remember, your handlers/bosses/overlords can give you all the money you need, but manpower and facility requirements are all on you. Luckily there you got an aircraft hangar last phase, didn’t you.

They also roll at disadvantage because I dislike how often they fly over my house and shine spotlights into my windows.

FOBs are a perfectly viable facility action, although making them mobile pack things is an awfully sly way of sneaking it into equipment. There may be a way to make the proposal fit for the phase, but I’m not gonna give you the keys to the idea, so for now I’d say it currently rests firmly in the Facility sphere.

Quote from: Skeleton Key
It can hard to convince the public that you need access to their home to contain a sentient stylophone.
The Skeleton Key is the Organization's method of neatly bypassing the issue, by no longer asking.

The device takes the shape of a small box with a metal prong at one end, and a USB attachment on the other. When provided a lock, mechanical or electronic, it will brute-force it open with assistance of the computing device contained within. As a precaution, the computing on each Skeleton Key shuts down while within Site grounds.
Wondering if the above is possible.

At the moment our agents have absolutely nothing except for underpants (I hope), amnesia pills and a taser.. they don't need anything very specific, instead they need lots of basic stuff before they can do any sort of mission at all.

How about coming up with a shopping list together? With the funds we have, it is easy to add high-quality lockpicks to the list - and much more.

.. anything else?

edit: retracting this post, to keep it easy for the DM to know what's in my proposal.

Lockpicks not being super useful to people who don't know how to use them. Not that difficult to put security experts in our squads for now.

Alternatively, shotguns to defeat door hinges. ;p

Perfectly Normal Paper Shredder

What appears to be a normal paper shredder actually contains a printer, computer, and a compound which destroys ink. When a document is inserted, first all details are erased leaving a blank sheet of paper, then the computer generates a falsified version of the document which is printed and then shredded.
Employees are not informed that we have these.

While I appreciate the Weird Al reference, I would rather focus on getting the basics right. A sniper rifle might be useful at some point, but if we do one, I'd rather put a bit more effort into it to ensure it's top-notch. After all, we are not actually the CIA- while we might have to fight humans at times, it's more likely that if we need a sniper rifle it's to damage some horrifying monster which might not go down to a store-brand gun.

Armament, Body, Comms:
No agent should have to go out in the field without a bare minimum of basic equipment. They should be armed, they should be clothed, and they should be connected. It is imperative that our arsenal be able to provide these things:
Armament: Semi-automatic pistol, with silencer. Flashbangs. Combat knife.
Body: Dark suit, made from flame-retardant and remarkably sturdy fabric (not bulletproof, but hard to cut or tear). SUNGLASSES- the best money can buy. Bulletproof vest.
Comms: Custom smartphone, including; cutting-edge encryption and four-factor authentication; a variety of cameras and other sensors of the highest quality; a short-range EM scrambler; an auto-hacker app and a universal connector cable; tetris, snake, and sudoku; a really cool earpiece for hands-free communication.
All items are in the colour palette of 'black, black, dark grey', and lack any distinguishing marks.
