Looks mostly fine, crazyabe. Your Max Team Size is still 2, as your fame is 0 (though that will quickly change as you play).

So for "Killer Clown" powers, let's say:

"Uncanny Co-Ordination: Dread Fool can juggle any number of objects, walk on his hands or ride a unicycle along a tightrope, with perfect control over his physical co-ordination."

This will allow him to do whatever extreme clown nonsense you can imagine. The "killer" bit is more in the application that the power itself.

You will join at the next phase (recruitment). You might want to look at the Team Identities, which was a little extra thing added mid-game. Big Tent, Self-Made, Powerhouse, Focused, Lone Hero and Mercenary have all been picked, but the rest are up for grabs.

Deep inside of the Gay Morte, deeper than should be possible, there is a crossroads. Doors labeled 0 to 9, each leading to the same place, in on itself, repeating. The correct path is a code, a secret to keep outsiders out, in clear violation of fire code and the laws of physics.
Within is a bare concrete room, lit only by a lamp plugged into the corner. There has been no time to move in furniture yet.

Mistress Extra sits against the wall with a bottle in hand, listening to shitty dubstep on her phone.
"What are you doing?" Princess looks surprised.
Extra looks up at her friend miserably. "Celebrating the defeat of our enemies."

"You don't seem so happy about it."
"...Four brave heroes gave their lives for it. Miraculous Mirror Maiden, Endless Highway, Ponche, and that map guy."
Princess takes a seat and a swig from the bottle, looking exhausted herself. "May their names never be forgotten."

"And what were we doing to help? I was almost killed by some crowd. If- if she didn't help me, I'd be dead."
She looks down, bitterly.
"The mayor didn't even pay me for risking my life like that. Greedy bastard."
"I thought you'd be more angry. About... seeing her again."
"I..." Extra starts to tear up. "I thought we were friends. She was the first person I thought was my friend. That we understood one another. That's why it hurts so much, that she could just walk away. Didn't even call, didn't ask. This is all... much harder than I thought it would be."

"Being a hero?"
"Being human. Can you imagine? As soon as that girl appeared in my mind, I became... aware. Ideas, concepts, relationships. Once I saw it, there was no way to go back. But it hurts. Always thinking, about reputation, about morals, about other people. That was never..."

Princess waits politely for her to continue. Mistress extra takes a few minutes.

"I've been thinking about it and I think I understand. My old owner, the guy who owned this place... I loved him. But when I got a human body, he didn't care about me in the same way. I don't know if he believed me, that I really was his cat, but what he really cared about was that I was a young woman who liked him. Just taking advantage. The human part of me, my memories of society, I already knew that. But I didn't want to acknowledge that. It's for the best that he died on his own.
"Can we... talk about something different?" Princess looks uncomfortable.

Extra looks down her empty bottle. "Maybe tomorrow." And then lies down to sleep.

Mistress Extra + Princess Professional: Create an Asset.
Night Map: A map allowing one to navigate the collective unconscious of the sleeping Zircon city by night, using the close proximity of many slumbering minds to bounce out further and further in a web of connections.

The Chorist: Increase Income.
An affordably priced group therapy to help those still affected by the crimson plague's brainwashing.

Atla: Experiment with Powers.

DOWNTIME REPORTS

Spoiler: Downtime Reports (click to show/hide)

Season Three

RECRUITMENT PHASE 11

New: With Zircon City being both very dangerous and also saturated with heroes, less people are coming to the city. Hero tryouts will no longer reveal new talent and will always be drawn from the known pool. Villain tryouts may still reveal new villains.

Removing/Changing Team Members

Spoiler: Letting Members Go (click to show/hide)

New: A team member can be promoted to the new leader without a coup: the old leader gains -1 fame and the "ex-leader" trait, and the new leader gains +1 fame.

Hiring
Everyone who has slots may either seek to recruit one hero from the recruitment pool OR they may hold tryouts to fill all slots. New: you may instead propose a team merger with another team, if your team has enough room to accomodate all new members. Villain teams recruit from the Rogue's Gallery instead.

Due to the Mayor's Clemency: in addition to any other recruitment, hero teams may take one one villain in custody onto their team (ignoring requirements like fame and max team size). Once they are redeemed (fame higher than infamy), you may recruit again in this way. Villains recruited still count towards your team size as normal. Villains have fame 0 by default.

You can't recruit someone with a higher fame than your team's fame. Villains recruit with Infamy instead of Fame. If two people try to recruit the same person, I'll flip to see who gets to them first.

Spoiler: The Watch (click to show/hide)

Retry will hand off leadership of the Watch to Frostara.
The Watch will hold a Cohesion tryout, as usual.
The Watch will take... “The Mangler II” on clemency.

Cara knocked at the doorway to Alli's room. It didn't take long for her friend to usher her in.

"What's the issue?"

Cara knew that she looked like shit. She'd seen herself in the mirror ten minutes ago, she knew how she looked. It didn't make the concern in Alli's voice hurt any less.

She pulled out her notepad and pen. Held them. Set them down on the table, and tapped her fingers against it. She should have had something prepared. She tried to have something prepared.

Allison waited. God bless her, she waiting, because they'd been doing this together for what felt like a lifetime now, even though it hadn't even been three months yet. She waited until Cara could write something.

I don't know if I can keep doing this.

Alli's eyes widened. "Cara..."

I don't mean heroing. I mean... being the one in charge. Telling other people what to do.

Her eyes and tone softened. "Oh. Is- is this about what Psyla said?"

Again, it took her a while to respond. Partly. Sort of. If I'd brought David on the mission... I don't know how many more people we'd have saved. But... there were so many. They had brainwashed so many people.
If I'd brought David, I don't know how many more people we'd have killed.

Oh. Allison was hugging her now. Why... ah. She was crying.

That made sense.

"It's- I'm- I'm so sorry, Cara. It's- how long has it been like this?"

Allison waited a bit, then probably realized that Cara couldn't do much writing while being hugged, because she let go.

...Mistree. And Sally, so soon after. But it started with Mistree. We're supposed to be able to save everyone. Right?

...

...

The silence was stifling. Painful.

She hated it.

So she started writing again.

The soft noises of the pen on the paper were quiet, but they helped. They helped break that horrible silence.

The writing continued. Until it stopped, and Cara pushed her notepad over to Allison.

I want you to lead the Watch.
Allison's eyes widened again, and she looked at Caroline. Cara gestured back toward the notepad.
I want you to lead the Watch. You helped Saluki get Watchtower running, you know tactics, you can actually fucking talk - I don't know those things. All I know how to do is to go out and do the job myself. I'm not a good leader. I don't have leadership skills like you do. All the stuff that's involved in actually running a team effectively - I don't know it. I've tried my best, but I don't know if what I've been doing has been the right stuff. You're so much better at it. So please. Lead the Watch. I know you can do it, and I can't.

Allison read it. She felt a weight settle in her gut. She took a deep breath. And she said what she had to say, to the woman she'd trust with her life.

"...okay. Okay. I'll do it."

I’ll write up another scene tonight.

Given past villain behavior you might wanna reconsider recruiting someone who's only goal in life is mangling.

Unless I'm mistaken, you're at your team limit Stirk. Recruiting Lord Bombarrel with Clemency was allowed over the limit, but once he's on the team, he takes up a slot. (Yes it's a little confusing; I'd design it differently if I was making it from scratch.) Looking back, it seems I let you recruit Bakal when you were at the limit.

Once again, I won't recruit.
Brouhaha should rest. Joshua Tree and Pincushion patrol the Greenbelt. Bolt Blue and the Advisor patrol Atomic Heights. Lexicon's plea for less dangerous assignment is heard, so he should try increasing income by starting a private detective agency.

Not much time, updated team sheet to come.
