Lets see... The card says "When the attack of any beetle brood destroys a card". Since beetle brood wasn't the card that attacked, it would not trigger in this case.

Anyway, I play this guy.

I rolled a 1 against your refinery and 7 against the Big Wife (unexpectedly!). The other three 1-heart cards all auto-wipe. I gain four stars, proving that I am an excellent hotel.

"I drew an extra Fog, so I have plenty now. First I use the summoning effect to get another Waifu on the field."

"Finally I use the flip effect to flip all my own cards down, then I unflip SWW and Refinery. I'm not actually sure if you can target face down cards with Firebase but I guess its worth a try right? Total of four stars, then I get back two from special effects. Or three if SWW flipping gives me a star. I have no idea how that works anymore either. Oh, and SWW will take the hit this time just so I can't be one hit KOed by your Firebase."
