Mainly because I don't want to have to deal with shuffling my deck in the middle of a match.

*Card Name: "Solo Star Power"
*Card Picture:
*Background Color: Yellow
Attack: None
Hearts: None
Stars: None
Card Effect: "When you play Solo Star Power, you may flip any cards you control face down. Gain one star for each card you flip face down."
Flavor Text: "One Star to steal the show. One Star to bring the power. One Star to end everything."
Metadata: It's meant to both be a way to let us use flip effects outside of areas that normally let us play cards face down, let us flip our cards face down to avoid stuff like Storm Cell, and a way to generate stars that doesn't force me to deal with needing to reshuffle my deck in the middle of a match because arglebargle that sounds like a pain in the rear.

I really should've brought Storm instead of Shining. I don't know what I was thinking there. I don't enjoy deck-building so I kind of half-assed it. :P

To be fair my entire deck plan was 'ok grab monsters and then fill the rest of the space up with a few support effects to support plan repeated pummeling'.
I also totally didn't read your latecomer cards carefully which not only caused the problem with the ghost but also meant that I didn't even realize the witch could directly attack. Having a couple of those would have changed the situation totally.

Mine was sheep along until they've been baited, then wreck everything. With a side of two star card in case of going second. Da boat could have let me setup a lot, followed by storm cell.

Worked to a tee. :D


Half of your deck being star cards read to me as go second or bust.

Well, hopefully this turn's cards solve our whole "no star gain cards that don't cost stars" problem. Without that I think we're pretty set in terms of our stuff. The enemy is certainly going to field some counters to our stuff though.

Yeah, you fighting in your home territory also gave you a huge advantage since you'd built sheep for it.

Storm Cell was based around the four damage lightning bolt spell that caused such trouble back in the day. It can deal with most 0-cost cards with ease. I say most cause Sheep.


Supernerd, I come to bargain. 1 Random Prize Card please, to taste.

By the way tric, I half built the Firebase card specifically for use in the city. And, I think you said you'd be going there right? :P Go nuts with it and your new star gain card next turn.
Other half of what I kinda built it to take advantage of is the dragon area. Because the extra firepower and health on it will be quite nice.

On a side note, I wonder what Spin's going to make.
