Well, you guys can either send me your role or wait until Knightwing gets better and sends me what he has.  I'll assume that Knightwing will probably be out of commission for at least a couple of days, but I have absolutely nothing ATM, so I can't pretend like it's Knightwing's setup or anything.  Really, it's up to KW if he wants to finish the roles or not.

You need rest, doesn’t matter how difficult it is. If there’s tea tree oil, or menthol oil, or something like Vicks vapo rub or something in your house, put a little of it on a tissue and put it in your pillowcase. It should at least allow you to breathe.

Also, sleeping on your stomach can really help.  You might need to arrange your pillows a little differently, but it'll stop you from being congested, plus some studies show it's better for your lungs.

I've seen one role, and I've made suggestions on it.  Also, filling out that Google Doc I keep referring you to would be really nice as it acts as a central repository for all your ideas.  I'll keep helping, but I haven't seen any more roles since then.

Filling out the document would be a really good idea.
