Yep, that should be all. You send the message through the gate. You decide its prudent to wait at least few minutes for any sort of acknowledgement.

You receive the communication.

A seated officer materializes through the holographic projector screen. Late 30s, bald, with prostethic left eye, stiff collar on his dark blue uniform.

"Greetings citizen. This is Commander Geu Rallas, Federal Police. You must be Bartender Arnold of the SRC Outpost 254831?"

"Correct."

"We've received your report of theft." He turns to his left side, reaching with his hand for something, a computer panel maybe. "And this is not the first report concerning your outpost this month, there was crime scene investigation by Lieutenant Pollio?"

"Also correct." He moves his hands a bit in the air, or at least that's how it looks to you.

"So, an automated satellite belonging to Tanzanian Astrophysics Union, that was operating in orbit of Beta Carotenii I, was stolen."

"Yep." He pauses, eyeing something in front of him. He reaches with his hand to type away something at the console you do not see.

"We will dispatch Frigate Medea-7 on patrol through your system. Lieutenant Majax Vade will be in charge of the patrol. You may expect further communications from him when Medea will be in-system. We will forward your report to the TAU central comittee as well."

"Okay."

"Do you have any other questions, Citizen Arnold?"

C) CHATTY: "I wonder if it would be okay if I invite your officers on board for some drinks and a brief break from duty?"
