You spend a whole hour trying to find anything interesting only to end up tapping through whole articles on company finances and old news that were basically more of the same.

A) Come on, gimme something interesting! One more trivia dive!
B) I think this requires some Zirconius!
C) Maybe it's time for a little nap, no?

You read about Mangrove Spit, an unfortunately named drink that was meant to evoke the 'coolness' of pirate bands but failed tremendously. Its recipe contains mostly Saproot, with several other synthols mixed in to make the drinker 'feel the tree' in their mouth, whatever that entails. The article doesn't even bother hiding the recipe, seemingly to promote it - especially that just until the end of last year, SRC Central Committee was giving out awards to bartenders who managed to sell more than 5 servings of Mangrove Spit per month. Apparently there's been a total of sixteen bartenders in the whole of the Federation who achieved that feat.

You feel that last part is made-up.

Doesn't take long for something to happen.

The sensors a-pinging, you pace to check what's going on. A ship has entered Beta Carotenii from Gamma Urquanii, but instead of moving to another Jump Gate as usual, it is holding position few light-seconds from the Jump Gate it came from.

You can't scan the ship, of course, but your comms can reach them.

A) A potential customer! Hail them!
B) *yawn*

A whole minute of waiting later, you notice that it has started to move, towards Madagascar Jump Gate.

The ship has ignored your hail, obviously.

A) Hail it again!
B) Watch it some more.
C) Enough of this, time for Zirconius.
D) Enough of this, time for trivia.
E) Enough of this, time for another nap.
