Here is a not backed up "vote" on me D2. It can't be a pressure vote, for reasons Lenglon explains. It quotes a post of mine that does not have any obvious relation to what Tric says. It looks like it's trying to create consensus that I am the one in hot water today.
Then
he says he's going to dedicate Sunday Morning to a reread. Note: reread. Not explaining a case, but going through the thread. Presumably the analysis of my posts that follows is the result of that, provided I've got my chronology right. There's something wrong here: you don't
decide someone is scum then go through their posts looking for evidence, you reread the thread and decide someone is scum based on evidence.
Then Tric does a
giant post-by-post summary of my posts (and a few others) D1. Let's see what he comes up with.
I suppose a question to NJW would be thus. What was weird about them? Also last game literally had a grandfather, but with Egan claiming second, Fal's chance of lying drops. Unless that's what webaict wants us to think..
He asks a question Fallacy already asked and I already answered. He also seems to think Egan claimed second which... he didn't? Not reading the thread properly is Tric, but it also isn't town-indicative.
Last post of the page is using role logic in a webadict game to decry Fal's role.
This isn't a point against Tric, but I'd just like to note that this was marketed as a beginner's game. I now understand that Webadict meant a game used to filter out any new players that can't handle bastard modding and losing their vote, but I was under the wrong impression until D2.
He quotes a lot of posts, and some stuff other people have said about me, then goes for the vague
All I can say is practice what your preach, do unto others as you would do unto yourself, and all that jazz.
He then quotes another of my posts and says
At this point I'm just quoting the end of this thread. Let's see if I can't unravel the sheet you're hiding behind.
So thus far, he's quoted me half a dozen times but hasn't raised anything that other players (mostly FoU and Lenglon) haven't already pointed out.
This is certainly meant to look like a deep dive on my posts to c, and it has the quotewalls of one, but there's
next to no content there, and I don't think any new content at all.
A lot of this is tunneling Fal all day 1, and now into day 2 even with the supposed town confirmation.
He then claims I'm tunneling Fal today after my explicit post
here and the fact that I've barely interacted with Fal D2 except to address
his questiona and points about
me.
Again, not reading the thread, and falsely representing me as going after FoU today. In a similar way to Fallacy's "now we're going to have a big fight" sentences, although the latter could just be worked-up town not noticing that it's just me struggling to cope with his endless postwalls.
And his final, damning take is that... I didn't post that much.
... That's it.. Looking back over day one, the number of NJW posts is shockingly small. The reads list is the last bit of data we have that day. One thing that stood out is the lack of... Connection NJW had with most players. Compared to the many many posts between the main 4 which make up the bulk of day 1, it's very stringy.
Just enough to tunnel Fal, apparently.
So to conclude, Tric has assembled something that looks like the product of a reread, but in fact he knew he was going to go after me anyway before he did it. He has no coherent new points about me except the claim that I didn't post much. He's created a giant post that suggests a lot of effort and evidence, but in fact does not seem to have properly read the thread. Many of the quotes he has used have very little beneath them, often only narration or repetition of other people's questions.
This suggests he just wants to look high-effort and hunt the person under pressure in the thread. All of these are scumtells. Granted, town!Tric doesn't always look that townie, but I think this is a dubious enough "case" to vote on. If only one could... have a vote
Tric also seems to have decided on an alternative elimination today: Lidku. His early posts today are typically confusing to read, but seem to be trying to push the idea that he or Lidku should be eliminated, on the basis that one of them will have done the crane action. I don't entirely understand the stated logic behind this, some of which seems to be predicated on FoU being scum and some of which isn't, but Tric always seems to end up with Lidku, a newer player possibly quite easy to eliminate. He hasn't really engaged with players other than Lidku or I today.
It is also bizarre that he only moves FoU to a town-read
here. Given he thinks FoU could well be a godfather or at least mafia
here and
here, it's confusing that he has barely paid attention to FoU the entire day.
