Otherwise, I might restart this experiment (or seed it into a succession fort) in the near future.

Just a thought: you could do a succession game in the vein of the Museum games, but instead of storing artifacts, adventurers bring them to the Anti-Museum where they crush them with a bridge.  :D

Hmm... It'd certainly be easier to pass time and check if artifacts reappear with more hands and more eyes on the project... I'll generate some worlds and see what happens.

I'll start the thread when it's ready. I generated a simple world with not too many artifacts, perfect for destroying them. Unfortunately my first fortress was conquered by goblins because it had a population of...9. I reverted the save and will do better to set it up as a more permanent fixture of the world.
