It would be easier to list what kind of weapons the place DOESN’T have, as you find out it has several different types of pistols, shotguns, assault rifles, swords, spears, axes, rocket launchers, nuclear warheads, and at least fifteen to twenty tanks if you count those as weapons.

(5) Meat, huh? What better restaurant to get meat from than a steakhouse? Of which, you find about 4 and raise your banners after striking identical deals with the owners.
Encourage the panic to become full blown riots and mass evactuations by throwing trees at buildings, stomping around the streets, and generally causing traffic chaos.

Character description: A two hundred foot tall angry black pantherman
Special abilities:
Special Ability 1: is 200 feet tall. Somehow violates the square-cube law and doesn't collapse under his own weight
Special ability 2: Angry smash and slash. Basically a chaotic berserker, hell bent on destruction
Special ability 3: Anchor of an Old One. The more attention ArgleBargle gets, the more attention of the Old One is drawn to this world. Chaos Beings spawn in the wake of ArgleBargle's mighty deeds. Ironically, ArgleBargle's Old One's attribute is Ennui, meaning that his creatures induce a state of indifference and boredom. think: waiting at a dentist's office for your friend who is getting their wisdom teeth pulled. think: 3:30 on a Friday at the office - the beige walls crawling with blandness and a faint sense of decay, the clock ticking away just outside your field of vision, and one last task that should take fifteen minutes but is going to take two hours to complete.
(6) You uproot and throw trees, you stomp around, and generally throw a tantrum so hard it completely levels the area within several hundreds of yards and gives no time for the riots and mass evacuations to start as by that time, the situation has already escalated into a full blown genocide.
