//This took 2.5 hours sweet Enlil.

(Development, Colonization and Monument Construction continues now.)

Quote from: Minor Monument Construction
Northwest Egypt Temple: +29 Culture (Clay x2, Emeralds x1, Granite x1, Limestone x3, Malachite x1, Pearls x1, Sandstone x4, Turquoise x1), +25 (Copper x1, Emeralds x1, Flax x2, Fruit Trees x1, Malachite x1, Pearls x1, Sheep x1, Silver x1, Tin x1, Turquoise x1
= 15/15 Culture, 15/15 Wealth, Construction completed!
Southeastern Parthia Tomb: +16 Culture (Granite x2, Lapis Lazuli x1, Malachite x1, Opals x3, Pearls x1), +31 Wealth (Copper x1, Fruit Trees x1, Lapis Lazuli x1, Malachite x1, Opals x3, Pearls x1, Sheep x1, Silver x1)
= 20/20 Culture, 10/10 Wealth, Construction completed!
Eastern Armenia Tomb: +16 Culture (Clay x1, Limestone x2, Malachite x1, Opals x1, Pearls x1, Turquoise x1, Sandstone x2), +28 Wealth (Cattle x3, Copper x1, Gold x1, Malachite x1, Opals x1, Pearls x1, Sheep x1, Silver x1, Tin x1, Turquoise x1)
= 16/20 Culture, 10/10 Wealth
Southeastern Nubia Tomb: +25 Culture (Elephants x4, Emeralds x4, Limestone x3, Sandstone x2), +25 Wealth (Cattle x2, Elephants x4, Emeralds x4, Gold x1)
= 20/20 Culture, 10/10 Wealth, Construction completed!

In Northwestern Egypt a Temple to Egyptian gods is built. Meanwhile, both in Southeastern Parthia and Southeastern Nubia Tombs are created to house the remains of the ruling families.

Peoples of Northern Egypt abandon their fisheries and concentrate on raising herds of Cattle, while the mines of Southeastern Egypt begin mining Turquoise instead of Malachite.  In Northeastern Levant, Anatolians begin sowing Barley and excavating blocks of Limestone for the first time. The mines of Central Afghanistan are enlarged to procure valuable Silver as well. And in the same, Granite and Opals are being dug out from the mountains of Central Armenia, by the Mesopotamians. And finally, in Southeastern Nubia, the locals start digging for gold - while in Southwestern Egypt, local herders start herding Sheep instead of Elephants.

Egyptian settlers create first settlements in Western Egypt, while Persians colonize the mountainous Southern Afghanistan.

Mighty pharaoh of Egypt,

The area of southwest Egypt rightfully belongs to you. If you would be willing to sell Granite for Gold, we will not hold any grudge if you.. convince the local shepherds to join your empire.

Kingdom of Egypt

The exalted Sun-King, Lord of all the Light touches, amd long-believed immortal, has died. Long live his Son, the Sun-King! His first Decree is to build a a great Pyramid in North Egypt to properly honour him, supported by North Egypt, South-East Egypt, South Egypt, North-West Egypt, West Levant, South West Levant and Nubian Limestone. His second Decree is to build a suitable Palace for his reign, in Central Egypt, supported by Central Egypt, plus Anatolian Silver and Nubian Emeralds and Sandstone.

The tribes of West Egypt are mobilised to harvest Granite and Sandstone, whilst the Army of Egypt raises their Bronze Khopesh and march upon East Egypt. Pioneers move along the coast and begin to explore the lands of East Libya to colonise.

Quote
To our Esteemed Nubian Allies,

My Father has always considered you to be friends, and I will do the same. We are happy to trade Egyptan Granite for Nubian Gold, and acknowledge our de jure claim of all peoples within the land of Egypt.

Construction land always supports its own construction, so Central Egypt will support the Palace, not the Pyramid.

Just to easily track what scores each of my regions give without having to constantly go and re-read the OP, its nothing exciting.

That’s a good idea.  I just threw one together that has the following tables:

1.  A table showing how much prosperity, culture, and wealth I get from each territory and the totals across all territories.

2.  A table showing how much prosperity, culture, and wealth I get from each trading partner and the totals across all trading partners.

3.  A table that combines the totals from the first two tables.

4.  A miscellaneous table with the following:

    A.  The number of territories that I’ve colonized.
    B.  The number of additional territories that I can colonize before I need to increase my prosperity.
    C.  The minimum number of turns that I can construct a palace in.
    D.  The minimum number of turns that I can construct a temple in.
    E.  The minimum number of turns that I can construct a tomb in.
    F.  The minimum number of turns that I can construct an opulent tomb in.
    G.  The minimum number of turns that I can construct a ziggurat in.

Whew!

Quote from: North Egyptian Attack against East Egypt
North Egypt: 1+3, 2+3, 3+3 = 15
6, 4, 4 = 14
Attack difference: +1, nothing happens

The armies of North Egypt, equipped with bronze weapons and armor, are soundly defeated by peoples of Eastern Egypt with just sticks and stones, so to speak!

In NE Levant we discover fruit trees and cattle. We also begin construction of a t e m p l e c o m p l e x within Southern Anatolia using all available resources from all useable tiles.
