Had to google what a watchword is. Does it have to be a single word? I guess I'd pick serenity:

Rephrased it a little bit as this is usually stated as a prayer to God, but you don't need to be religious for it to be useful.

For about a month and a half I've been overusing the word "fantastic".  I'd say its my watchword because whenever I say it I remember that this *isn't* just a fantasy anymore, I'm actually doing it.
