I edited that, since our weapons are already world spanning and world ending. I'm sure we could blow up Mars if we wanted to do so. But good point.

I'll add the following: Learn to control yourself better and aspire to control other people less.

I'm starting to cringe at the words "other people" "some people" and other gross characterizations, but still struggling to give up those vices myself.

You could easily need to control other people... i'd say "Indirect control is more realistic."

We haven't got concrete leaders for 'the 21st century'. And when we do, there'll be enough going on locally for them to feel pretty distant. Your king maybe.
