It could be a bug nobody ever saw.
I'm pretty sure that among all the people who managed to get a GCS's entrails shot out no one survived long enough for the spider to bleed.

Yeah, adventurer skills arc, make a suit of chitin armor from the GCS then have a mage/magi imbue it with magic, and you get a suit of magical chitin armor that allows the wearer to shoot WEBS. Hehe Spiderdwarf. Sorry if I act like this, happens after I've been exposed to the sun' heat and light for more than 10 minutes. Cave adaptation.

Square that awesome since the fateful gut-spilling strike in the abdomen was the last one you did. Just before the venom paralyzed you completely.

I love fights that go this way. Exciting and the winner is so badly injured and in such excruciating pain that he would not mind being the dead one... but still manages to limp all the way back to town...

If only injuries did not heal instantly upon travel, but you were given rest and care in towns that you've helped... that would be awesome. And have some kids around you whom you'll tell stories of such epic battles.
