Rephrase the question / reframe the problem.

There is no situation unsolvable by either physical means or a change in perspective.

a change in perspective.
Imagine there's no problems, the brain can always cut it.
There's even a saying in Portuguese "O que não têm remédio, remediado está"
What has no remedy, is remedied. If you can't solve it, you can't.

It was inevitable.

But yes, asking for help is your go-to in these situations. The set of problems that either you can solve, someone else can solve, or nobody can solve is exhaustive.

If you can't overcome with mind or body...

You can choose from the basic actions that organisms have been taking for as long as they have existed...
- seek a mutually beneficial symbiosis, as lichens and corals do
- exist as a herd, so you can scatter and survive with a partial loss
- tithe, as the aphids do
- submit to some degree of slavery, as ants, dogs, and cows do
- submit to death

If your antagonist is not an organism, keep thinking.

There is something to be said about, if the stakes are as high, maybe reconsider your certitudes. One has to be aggressively allistic to feel entitled to be able to trust. But it won't happen to me, my bit doesn't count etc etc... Just saying, after my recent experiences I couldn't trust the public if I wanted to. People got their risk assessment neurons rotten and replaced with game theory. Folks walk around like fat turkeys taunting the world to slaughter them.

But ... those things are a combination of mind and body!

Why frame the question as getting out of it? After all, sometimes the only way out is through.

Well, the question did say "and you can't muscle your way out of it"
So "through" via physical force is apparently impossible.
But the question does not address willpower or endurance.
Sometimes, you win by convincing the other guy that you'll inflict a cost more than they're willing to pay.

No, that rules out 'out' through physical force, it says nothing about through. :p

But if I put on my sensory deprivation helmet, that means I can't perceive the problem there for it doesn't exist, and thus the problem is solved!

Get a friend! Two brains and two bodies increase the power in a non-linear way
