The courtiers seated nearby murmur and giggle when you put away the dishes. You settle on some roasted chicken and blackbread for the rest of the night.

A report arrives from the city of Blabh.
Most of the golden spine was melted down and given away to some citizens. The remainder was made into payments for workers and artisans who worked on rebuilding the damaged areas.
You wager it could've been spent better, but oh well.

You wake up, but something's changed.
Usually, when its time to get up, you feel that pit of hunger in your stomach, usually demanding a thick porridge with beans and tubers, a platter of cooked meats, and at least three mugs of juice.
Today's different, and even after you go to kitchen, all you eat is some bread, a plate of scrambled eggs and just one mug of juice - and your stomach is already full and you're content with the meal, to the bewilderment of the kitchen servants who got used to the size of your breakfast.
You return to your quarters, and Milka and the kids are still sleeping.
Was this your wife's doing? Or the Pantheon's?
Congratulations! Velarien has lost the
glutton negative trait!

Vingirius Levos, a fabled swordsmaster from the west, has arrived in the capital. Having bested the best of adventurers and guards present in the city rather effortlessly (causing dozens of injuries and three deaths so far), he has arrived under the palace gate, yelling.
"People of Bailemarr have presented no skilled fighters, either born of this land or arriving from abroad. Where, I dare say, is the man that can best me? Is this Kingdom full of weak-armed men and untrained rabble? Or can I at least find some satisfying match with one of this country's rulers and leaders?" He stands proudly, wearing naught but tunic, pants, and the belt with his nasty-looking axe.
Your courtiers murmur, looking at each other, and its obvious that none of them are particularily eager to face Vingirius. You grimace, wondering if the swordmaster's words are actually true.
A) Send a random guy.
B) Send the Marshal. He is in charge of the Army, he must know how to duel well, right? Right??
C) Just ignore the swordmaster, he will get tired and leave, eventually.
D) "Cowards! I will go forth and duel Vingirius myself to show you how's it done!
!"
E) "If he thinks our men aren't good enough, then we shall see how well he can train them himself!"
