"He shall have the strength of my armies and wealth of my supplies!" Your courtiers murmur as the messenger, awe-struck at your generosity, collapses to his knee.
"Pantheon praise your generosity and thoughtfulness, King Bailemarr. If you were to provide us soldiers, I was to tell you this: the Tristine cities south of where my liege is currently were ordered to welcome your troops first, whilst my liege would then meet with you and decide how to govern the combined armies. Thousand thanks upon you, King Bailemarr, once again. Now I must depart with equal haste to deliver the news to my liege." The man gasps out and raises from his knees.
"Bring this man some wine, and find him a fresh horse first." The Advisor instructs the squires, who take the tired messenger out of the audience hall.
You order the prospector to be brought in next.
"Greetings, my liege!" The jovial, pudgy, well-dressed man claps his hands, his tiny eyes looking at you. "I have recently discovered that the flatlands to the west of your city contain wealth unseen before!"
"What wealth would that be?" You ask cautiously.
"Turquioses, my liege! Shiny, sky blue gemstones embedded in the rocky crystals underneath the soils of the land. If you were to provide me funds to begin digging out such valuable jewels out of the hard rocks, we would be both greatly enriched, my liege!"
A) "Wondrous discovery! You shall get your funds at once!"
B) "Nay, our money is better spent elsewhere!"
C) "Gemstones in hard rocks? Do tell, this sounds most interesting occurence!"
